From the fine folks at Apple, this media player is GREAT!
Composers and songwriters spend so much time perfecting
that great mix and QT delivers them a slight below CD quality.
No question about it folks...this one's got my hands down!
I do warrant that this format will be too large to upload/download
your mixes but, it'll be worth it's weight in sound reproduction.

QuickTime also entered into a 'partnership' with Roland, makers
of fine music instruments both acoustic and electronic.
The partnership involves the licensing of Roland's ever so famous...
the SoundCanvas.

Roland 'fine tuned' the SC into a 'software-based' modual as an
add-on to QT's many features. Hence, if you've acquired the QT
3.0 program and made it your default plugin on your web browser,
you'll be hearing .mid files on a Roland SoundCanvas. Alas, another
great way to have an enjoyable internet session.

As of to date...the much anticipated release of QT's newest upgrade
4.0 will not be available until the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 1999. But it will be captivating for reals. It'll offer so much features, I wouldn't hesitate to buy
stocks in Apple...if only I have that kind of money laying around!
